Medical Aid to Sri Lanka is a registered charity aiming to help improve medical facilities in Sri Lanka. Started in 1995, we have donated a range of equipment and medical supplies to various government health institutions and have also supported training of health workers.

Over 99% of the money donated goes towards funding our projects such as those shown below . All officers work on a voluntary basis.

Cataract Project

Map Of Sri Lanka

We have started a major Cataract surgery project with the support of the local volunteer eye specialists . So far we have helped over 800 blind or partially blind patients to see again.


Jeevithaloka Project

Mamography Machine

We have provided funds for an urgently needed Mamography machine for the Cancer Hospital, Maharagama. This machine will cater for the outpatient clinics, leading to early detection of breast cancer.
